Hello all, it is Easter morning and all is icy up north. We are enjoying the holiday despite the cold and the ice that covers our driveway and path to the cottage. So far both TJ and Jill have fallen on the ice. We have tried to chip it away over the past couple of days but there is much left to do.
Today we are having Easter dinner with Jill and Bob. The traditional ham and hot german potato salad.
I am recovering quickly from foot surgery and hope to be walking around and driving next week. I have enjoyed having Jana at my beck and call for the last week, but alas that is soon to end.
There has been a family of deer out front of the cottage every morning since we arrived. See attached picture.
Hope everyone has-had a great holiday weekend. Jana and I are back to the grind on Tuesday. TJ is off all week and will no doubt be watching movies most of the time.
